Women-owned. Veteran-led. Mission-driven. We exist to ensure that no young woman's future is defined by her father's absence.

N.O. D.A.D.S. - Nurturing Opportunities, Development, Achievement & Direction for Success - was founded by a veteran who understood that the discipline, structure, and mentorship she received through military service was exactly what youth impacted by father absence needed most.
We are a women-owned, veteran-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our team brings together educators, veterans, community advocates, and mentors united by one mission: to ensure every young person has the guidance, tools, and community they need to rise.
Through six signature programs, we address the full spectrum of challenges facing youth without father figures - from identity and confidence to financial literacy, career readiness, and structured mentorship.
To mentor, empower, and support youth impacted by father absence by providing structured programs, compassionate mentorship, and a community of strength — equipping them with the tools to build confident, purposeful, and successful lives.
A world where no young person's potential is limited by the absence of a father figure — where every child has access to the guidance, resources, and community they need to discover their authority, lead with confidence, and shape their own destiny.
These principles are the foundation of everything we do — from how we design our programs to how we show up for every young woman we serve.
Inspired by military discipline, we build structured environments where youth develop resilience, accountability, and self-command.
We create safe, nurturing spaces where every young person feels seen, valued, and supported — no matter their background or circumstances.
We hold ourselves and the youth we serve to the highest standard — because they deserve nothing less than the best.
We believe in the power of community. When one person rises, they lift others with them. Together, we are unstoppable.
